What you will actually do
- Design and implement pallets, precompiles and rollup components
- Lead fuzzing, property testing and formal spec work
- Partner with auditors and cryptographers on threat models
- Mentor mid‑level engineers; own RFCs end‑to‑end
What you bring
- 5+ years Rust in production; systems background
- Shipped protocol code (L1/L2/rollup) at meaningful scale
- Deep comfort with consensus, p2p, and state trees
Bonus, not required
- +Substrate/XCM contributions
- +zk background (halo2, plonk)
